Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your Ndu jewels, and hope you are fully satisfied with your order. If you do have any concerns please feel free to reach out and contact us, and we'll try to find a solution.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, and sale and clearance items are only eligible for credit to be used on, and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your jewellery is damaged, or not in the condition you hoped for, please Contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery and provide (a) your invoice number,  (b) a description of your concerns, and (c) a photo of the product. We will look into your concerns, and where reasonable, refund, replace or exchange for goods of equal value.

Though, we aim to please and will work hard to find an outcome that you'll be happy with - please note that if there is no fault with your jewellery, which we are responsible for, we reserve the right to refuse any further action. 


Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. 

However, we reserve the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that we have previously accepted.  

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to a product being out of stock, will at our complete discretion use reasonable endeavours to either source the goods or contact you within a reasonable time to either arrange a full or partial refund or change your order to replace or exchange the goods with a comparable good in a similar price range (where available) as agreed with you, or come to an alternative arrangement.
